The Provoke Letters

WHO WE ARE

We are the grit in the gears.

We are the ones who still value the weight of paper and the smell of ink.

The Provoke Letters is a monthly physical dispatch for the rebels, the thinkers, and the ones who find the modern digital world too clean, and too controlled.

THE PHILOSOPHY

The world is being digitized into a coma.

The algorithm wants to predict your next move.

We want to disrupt it.

Inspired by the frantic prose of Kerouac, the unapologetic truth of Bukowski, and the high-contrast blur of Moriyama, we create "physical glitches" designed to pull you out of the sheep mindset.

THE SHIPMENT

Once a month, an envelope arrives. Inside:

  • A Prose Essay: A punchy, exploration of reality.

  • A Grainy Artifact: A high-contrast black-and-white photograph. No filters. Just light and shadow.

  • A Haiku: Seventeen syllables poem to break your cognitive loop.

WHY SNAIL MAIL?

Because an email can be deleted. A post can be scrolled past.

But a letter—a physical object you can hold, tear, or pin to your wall, demands a moment of your life.

This is for the people who move to the beat of their own drum.

If you’re looking for "content," stay on social media.

If you’re looking for a provocation, join us.

PRICE

Pay what you want: just keep in mind that a typical snail-mail letter subscription goes for $10/month or $100 for the year. Some more, some less.

That being said, pay what you can or want, and I will send you out a letter every month for one year.

Warning: If you find comfort in the status quo, this will likely annoy you. Please do not subscribe.

“It feels like finding something you weren’t supposed to. Not loud. Not trying. Just real.”
